Continually bombarded by news that the AOL-Time Warner merger would create the world's first fully integrated media and communications company — a potentially anti-competitive Goliath that could dominate broadband interactive services for decades — the majority of Americans have no idea what I just wrote, and they don't care.
Unfortunately, it's probably true.

There's still hope for our teen-pop dominated society: Trent Reznor was voted Artist of the Year in Alternative Press magazine. And Limp Bizkit was voted one of the worst of the year. All is well now.

On a side note, what's with the Se7en DVD? I got a gift certificate for Borders, and I've been to 3 different stores now and they're either sold out of Se7en or they never carried it in the first place. It's pissing me off. I don't believe the movie's that popular.

I saw the coolest thing yesterday: A yellow Beetle with a license plate that said YLW SUBB, a Beatles sticker in the rear window, and a license plate frame that said "We all live in a..." I really have to admire that guy (or girl)'s thoroughness.
