We needed something to do so we went to Krispy Kreme. While we were walking out after buying our grub this car drove by. The driver was a typical gangsta'-looking dude. His window was down, so when he passed by we heard a snippet of conversation: "...fucking cocksucker..." And he sounded pissed. What was that about? What kind of person buys donuts while pissed off? So anyway, we laughed for 10 minutes after that.

Today, er, yesterday was pretty cool. A lot of friends are in 2 of my classes so far, and that's always cool. Walking around campus I also ran into a bunch of people from the last 3 years I've been here. I also found out a friend lives right next door. Kind of odd how she's next door yet I didn't see her all week. Anyway, I went to Fry's and picked up a copy of This Is Spinal Tap on DVD, so now I have some entertainment this weekend. I also saw The Exorcist. Bleh, save your money. It was ok, I guess, but definitely not worth $8.00. Tomorrow, er, today I have nothing planned. I love living by the minute.

Man, I'm really fucking bored. I think I'll actually go to work tomorrow just so I have something to do. I'm actually looking forward to Friday when classes start. I wish I lived in the dorms again. The apartments are so quiet; nobody ever leaves their apartment to meet people. Well, I shouldn't be talking cause I don't leave my apartment either. But I don't meet people only cause nobody else meets people, and then it would look weird if I was the only one doing it. Well, I'm going to sleep. At 1:18. That's how bored I am.

Hey cool, Ellie from joopy goes to UCI too. I don't know anyone here who has a weblog, or even reads weblogs. Anyway, I just got back from the bookstore. Bought one of my books. The other ones weren't there. Stupid computer science can't even order textbooks right. They're also showing This Is Spinal Tap at one of the Humanities auditoriums tonight, so I picked up a few tickets for that.

I'm almost finished moving in to my new apartment now. We're way in the back corner, where it's nice and quiet. It's much cooler than my summer apartment too cause we have some big trees for shade. The weird thing is the new apartment is a mirror-image layout of the old apartment. Everything on my desk is arranged mirror-image too. That'll take a while to get used to.
