Well, nothing happened in the 3 hours since that last post. I can't believe it, I've spent almost the whole day in this room. Sometimes I get the feeling I'm wasting my life away. I should get out more, find a girlfriend or something.

Another boring Saturday night. Most people went home for Easter or whatever so there's only 12 or so people in my dorm. Hopefully, something interesting will happen tonight. Heh heh, I'm listening to the Star Wars disco mix. I like to think that this was George Lucas' original ending song for Star Wars before someone convinced him to change it.

George Lucas' student film from his USC days at AtomFilms. So when's he gonna go back and digitally add in Jabba the Hutt?

Virtual tour of the International Space Station. When I was a kid I thought the space station was the coolest thing in the world. I even wanted to be an astronaut before I found out you have to spend 20 or whatever years in the airforce. Nuts to that. They've scaled down the space station since then, so it doesn't look as impressive as it used to, but I still think it's cool.

Hmmm...Area 51 photos released, and then a "hacker" broke in 6 hours later, disrupting service for 36 hours. Yeah, right. Sounds more like a MASSIVE CONSPIRACY to keep the American public ignorant.

Oh man, my side still hurts from laughing. You must run this through this text-to-speech program. Hee hee, it sounds like what Stephen Hawking would sound like if he listened to gangsta rap.

Cool article about problems with the International Space Station.

The TA for my AI class looks like Krist Novoselic from Nirvana. Hmmm....does anyone know if Krist changed his name and decided to get a PhD in computer science after Nirvana?

After reading Neal Stephenson's Cryptonomicon last summer I became really interested in cryptography. To me it's one of the cooler applications of mathematics and computer science. Anyway, here's a very cool article about encryption. And here's part 2.

I think this would be even funnier if the thief turned on the laptop and found it full of mp3s and porn.

For some reason the computer I usually use at work can't reach Blogger, but today I tried another computer and Blogger loaded up fine. Woohoo, now I can do even less work!

Hey, cool, Chaos Terminal stole a link from me(the one about the Happy Noodle Boy 404 page). Wow, I guess people do read this blog. So, in reciprocity(just kidding, I don't care), here's the top ten signs The Simpsons has had a big impact on your life.

Good: Watching American Pie with your friends
Bad: Watching American Pie with your parents
Worse: Watching American Pie with your parents, and having to explain the jokes

Ha ha, brilliant. We need to start a hacks tradition here at UCI. Actually, I wanna transfer to MIT just for the hacks.

Ick, this Cadbury caramel egg I'm eating is getting gross. It's just too much caramel.
