Man, what a shitty day. I realized I have a ton of homework to do for my classes for the next 2 or 3 weeks. Doh! Knowing me, I'm not gonna start doing them until the day before they're due. I also realized I'm totally lost in my algorithms class. Then I fucked up on a quiz too. Maybe tomorrow'll be better.

And for another Star Wars post, Episode 2 will be filmed entirely with digital camcorders. Sounds really neat, except whenever I hear camcorders I think of poorly shot America's Funniest blah blah videos with the date glaring at you in the corner of the screen. Maybe George Lucas is going for a Blair Witch thing, which might be interesting.

An analysis of Star Wars DVD bootlegs. Apparently the pirates just copied the laserdisc version onto DVD. Well, I guess people who must have Star Wars on DVD might want bootlegs, but from the screenshots, it seems to me the DVDs are much worse than VHS.

My roommate finally brought a TV for our dorm room. I'm never going to study now. Not that I studied that much before, but now I'm going to be studying even less than that. I have cream eggs.

So we went into the tunnels last night. We entered through the basement of a building. We headed towards the back, turned a corner, and suddenly there was a long tunnel sloping downwards, big pipes on the right and thick bundles of cables on the left. The tunnels went all around campus, and there was usually another tunnel leading into each of the schools. However, those tunnels usually had a locked gate we couldn't get around. It was still very cool though, seeing another side of UCI. There was a long room right in the middle of the tunnels that came out of nowhere. It was totally empty, frat graffiti covering the walls. We didn't find anything cool like 100 year old wine or pirate booty. The automatic machine guns made up for it though. Just kidding, they were semi-auto.
