The real story behind the rocket car legend. The article's a good read, kept me occupied for 2 hours during work last summer. I have to admit, though, I fell for the original urban legend first time I read it. It just seems like something a slightly-smarter-than-average frat boy would do.

Got my New Rose Hotel DVD today. It's based on my favorite author William Gibson's short story from the Burning Chrome collection. I didn't even know about the movie until I came across it on Ebay. Hopefully it won't be as bad as Johnny Mnemonic. Man, I can't wait until Neuromancer comes out. Mmmm...Molly...

Good article about The Phantom Menace release on VHS only. I didn't think the movie was that good, but I'd still rather have it on DVD than VHS.

I downloaded and installed BeOS last night. It's very sleek and very easy to use. An example: my net connection wasn't working at first, but with literally 2 clicks my network card was detected and set up and I could download porn again. Supposedly it's very good for audio and video editing type stuff, but I didn't get a chance to try that out. I just wish there were some games for it.
